Responsibilities:
• Peoplesoft Developer: Responsible for modifying existing Peoplesoft components, creating custom “bolt-on” applications, integration between Peoplesoft and non- Peoplesoft applications.
• Business Analyst: Responsible for working with users to gather and document requirements for potential mods or process changes. Develop strong understanding of current JDA systems and JDA business processes.
• Business Intelligence: Ability to extract business data from ERP systems to provide users with accurate reporting.
• Analyze requirements, design and implementing business functionality within Peoplesoft using Peoplesoft tool sets.
• Setup and Configure Peoplesoft applications.
• Identify gaps and solutions between JDA business processes and PeopleSoft applications.
• Prepare functional, technical documentation and test matrices for modifications.
• Prepare development schedules, development documentation and change controls, as necessary.
General Skills and requirements (all levels):
• BS degree (Math, Engineering, CS, CIS, etc.) or equivalent experience in application design and development with knowledge of PeopleSoft (PS) PeopleTools, PS PeopleCode.
• Excellent documentation skills and experienced with MS Office products: Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PPT.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in designing and implementing technical solutions.
• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks and manage multiple and changing priorities.
• Associate has good English skills an can provide support in English
• Experience with Global Accounting Practices a plus.
Senior Level 5 -7years of experience
• Strong Leadership and Facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate user requirements into Functional and Technical Specifications
• Able to mentor and tutor entry and intermediate resources
• Provide technical leadership and direction for all assigned projects
• Advanced trouble shooting skills for PeopleSoft issues
• Ability to design and develop "Bolt-On" applications within PeopleSoft
• Ability to design and develop system interfaces to/from PeopleSoft/Non-PeopleSoft
