Job Description:
1. Answering client questions regarding our software and data via phone.
2. Following up with the client when the project is complete.
3. Supporting our Professional service Team in meeting their clients' software implementation needs.

Desired Candidate
Position Qualifications: 1. Native or near-native level English language capability (comprehension and speaking) is required. 2. Must fit one of the following profiles: a) A bachelor's degree in Human Resources and a minimum of 1 year of professional experience doing software implementations for clients requiring data conversion and mapping and system analysis. b) A bachelor's degree in any field and a minimum of 1 year in a Human Resources position utilizing Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software. 3. Can work at night. Additional required qualifications: 1. Detailed, high sense of responsibility and customer service. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent computer skills especially using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
