Plans, develops, directs, and oversees all planning and implementation of projects, practices, policies, programs and procedures. Responsibilities include design and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and physical layout; reliability improvements; cost engineering; construction and engineering project management; and other related activities. Directs engineering management in formulating plans, designs, cost estimates, and specifications. Reviews engineering designs in light of the organization's strategic goals and return on investment.

Tow-Three weeks in lab controlling aggregates and learning concrete components and technology bases.

To program and assure ordinary maintenance; To agree with external suppliers type and cost of extraordinary maintenance; to forecast maintenance needs; to collect and transfer to Adm. Dept. Maint. Forseen costs; To assist G.M. in the foreseening equipment renews.
Professional Skill:
University degree in mechanical or civil. High capacity to involve colleagues and workers in a cooperative way.
Experience needs:
Not less than 5 years of experience in the matter. Better if in the specific field and/ or in a building big machinery dealer and/ or in a big building contractor.
